Shipping Policy

We are providing secure and on time delivery services to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Most of products offer worldwide shipping service. The product shipment take 7-15 business days, we are offering the Expedited Shipping service for 3-5 business days as well you can simply choose the option at the checkout page.
  • After product shipment you will receive an email from us about tracking and shipping details. If any deferral take place with the timing and expected duration pass over then you can email us and inquire about your product.
  • We are using the most reliable services that include China Post, DHL, USP, Fedex etc.
  • To avoid any sort of deferrals, we will expect you to provide us the accurate shipping details with the responsive contact number and other related details. As we are not sending to PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses, due to this reason, it is mandatory for the customer to give the complete residential / physical address and details for shipping.
  • We care for the payment of our customers thereby if the product fails to ship and you are not capable to track your delivery within the given time duration. The credit will be returned in the credit card or PayPal account.
  • If you found any impairment in your ordered product then you can contact at the email address with our team within 7 business days about the issue right after the shipment.
  • To confirm the estimated delivery time an email will be send to the customers about the details of shipping and tracking ID. After shipping the product it will take 7-15 business days to be delivered at your place.
